There are plenty of places where you can practice your favourite activity explore the seabed of Saint-Cast and its secrets. Near the cliffs and caves, not far from Cap Fréhel, you can admire hundreds of small fish that come here to take refuge.

Fancy going back in time? Immerse yourself in the many wrecks off Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo or Fort La Latte, many of which are home to impressive wildlife. Whether it's a steamer from the late 19th century, a small hourglass or a frigate, you'll be in for a real treat!

For the first dives and beginners, you'll be able to get started with spots that are easy to access. From your La Crique campsite, La Mare beach is a great starting point for your first experience of Brittany's waters!
